December 2020 will mark the end of Professor Louis ZAPFACK’s term as a member of the FEDEC Board of Directors. Throughout his seven years as a Director, his experience has contributed to improving the implementation of the Foundation’s programs and projects. The ecology and botany specialist has thus contributed to ensuring the implementation of good environmental practices in the Campo-Ma’an and Mbam-Djérem national parks. A man of the field, he has worked alongside the indigenous and local populations of the Parks to discuss sustainable solutions likely to boost their development.
