With the support of Cuso International, FEDEC organized capacity-building training sessions for three partner Indigenous organizations in March 2021. Eleven members of the Ngoyang mixed shelter management committee were trained in communication (listening, expressing needs, non-violent communication, etc.). Bagyeli Cultural and Development Association (BACUDA) was trained in accounting and financial management. This training enabled BACUDA to transition from manual accounting to computerized accounting that meets relevant standards. For the Nkuli Makeli community radio station, the training focused on capacity-building for radio hosts. Ten members of the listening club were also trained.
