The young people, aged 8 to 18, were introduced to varied and innovative fields such as coding, artificial intelligence, robotics, digital marketing and online community management.

Participants had the opportunity to explore programming with languages like C++ and use Arduino kits to complete real-world projects. For example, they worked on traffic light automation, a project that allowed them to understand the practical applications of programming and robotics.

The introduction to artificial intelligence was facilitated by tools like ChatGPT and Gemini. The students not only learned the basics of AI but were also able to create their own cartoons, which boosted their creativity and understanding of advanced technologies.

For older participants, the focus was on skills crucial to the modern world, such as online community management and social media marketing. These skills have become essential in an increasingly connected and digital world.

In collaboration with Radio Nkuli Makeli, the young people also had the opportunity to discover the world of information and communication technologies (ICT) as well as radio. This experience gave them a comprehensive view of the possibilities offered by new technologies.
