The Foundation for Environment and Development in Cameroon (FEDEC) is a trust fund under Dutch law established in March 2001 and registered at the Chamber of Commerce of The Hague in the Netherlands. It enjoys the right to locate its headquarters in Cameroon as granted on December 26, 2006 by a partnership protocol that grants it customs and tax benefits.

FEDEC is a provision of the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) Vol. 4 (1999) for the oil pipeline project supported and backed by the World Bank, the Government of Cameroon and the Cameroon Oil Transport Company (oil pipeline operator). It is recognized as a state-approved charity organization by Presidential Decree No. 363 of 16 November 2001. It is a non-profit organization.
