The Foundation for Environment and Development in Cameroon (FEDEC) is a trust fund under Dutch law established in March 2001 and registered at The Hague’s Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands.

FEDEC is a disposition for the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) Vol. 4 (1999) for the Pipeline Project approved and supported by the World Bank, Cameroon Government and the Cameroon Oil Transportation Company (Pipeline Operator).

FEDEC is recognized for public benefit.
